Producer of the Month

Each month Mason-McDuffie will be highlighting a Producer who’s hard work and service embodies what Mason-McDuffie Mortgage is all about.

Congratulations to Jennifer Ready and Julie Bell for being selected as Mason-McDuffie’s Producer’s of the Month.  Jennifer and Julie combined, closed 11 units for $3,755,385 in the month of April.  While most loan officers work individually, the Ready-Bell team formed just two years ago, are located in Santa Rosa, CA.  Jennifer has become a veteran of the President’s Club, achieving this high performance level the last two years , while her partner, Julie, made the elite group for the first time in 2011 – congratulations to both.

The Ready-Bell Team has leveraged their partnership to serve the community in all aspects of originating.   “I have seen exponential benefits in Marketing, business development, and application volume” says Jim Macke who directly supports the team.  I feel the competitive edge goes to the teamwork environment they have created, to give MMCD Mortgage the brand and image in the Santa Rosa market.
