As a Loan Officer serving 1st time homebuyers to more experienced customers looking to move up, transfer or invest in Real Estate. In the Central and Bay area, Patricia Villalobos enjoys assisting customers to  determine the most appropriate mortgage product for their unique needs. For the month of November Patricia was #2 in units, #8 in volume, and had a record closing YTD.

While the Federal Reserve and other government agencies urge banks to lower credit standards and increase lending, one major mortgage lender is calling it quits due to onerous regulatory burdens that increase lending risks and reduce profits.

MetLife, the country’s largest insurance company, is closing its $20 billion mortgage operations and firing 4,300 employees.  The mortgage division was closed after MetLife was unable to find a buyer for the business, according to Bloomberg.

U.S. home prices fell in most major cities for the second straight month, further evidence that the housing recovery will be bumpy and weigh on the broader economy in 2012.

She is often times referred by her clients and Business Partners in the industry as the “MIRACLE WORKER”. She is a team player always willing to lend a helping hand whether it is a Rookie Agent or an Old timer. She is also an active member of an Outreach Program in her community and loves to volunteer at Open Heart Kitchen, Shepherds Gate and especially at her kids school.

HomeAid was created and is supported by the building industry to address and solve the problem of homelessness.  They are the largest provider of housing for this cause in the Country.  The mission is to build and maintain dignified housing where homeless families and individuals can rebuild their lives.   HomeAid is the only organization of its type that utilizes professional management and construction personnel to build the projects and the only one able to generate significant leverage as a result of the donations of the homebuilding industry and contractors.

Cyndi Fazzio of Mason-McDuffie Mortgage is not only on the Board of the PWB, but was also the co-chair of this year’s food and gift drive, along with Nadia Costa from Miller Starr Regalia.  Margie Carino and Amy Stephens, also from Mason-McDuffie Mortgage joined Cyndi as volunteers in the last few weeks to gather, sort and distribute all the collected goods.
