In December George was ranked #3 for volume at $2,017,000 and tied for 1^st in units. While George personally brings 9 year of experience in the mortgage and investment fields working as a loan officer, he has been rooted in a real estate family since birth. Growing up around family members owning such local real estate offices as Anagnostou & Associates, Anagnostou Properties and Girouard Properties, George has since childhood seen the hard work required to be successful in this business. Holding his first open house at the age of 9, George truly has a lifetime worth of real estate experience.

When not in the office, George enjoys the fun and excitement of living in San Francisco with his wife Daniella and cat Nikki. While the Federal Reserve and other government agencies urge banks to lower credit standards and increase lending, one major mortgage lender is calling it quits due to onerous regulatory burdens that increase lending risks and reduce profits.

MetLife, the country’s largest insurance company, is closing its $20 billion mortgage operations and firing 4,300 employees. The mortgage division was closed after MetLife was unable to find a buyer for the business, according to Bloomberg.
